"... and Gran Finale's interior is a testament to the careful execution of a design that developed over two years by the owner and his designer, Juan Carlos Espinosa.
The owner speaks highly of Espinosa. Jay Miner, who heads Delta's design office, concurs, describing Espinosa as someone whose work is accurate, who integrates well into a team, and who listens well to ensure his clients' wishes are incorporated into the final design.
The owner estimates that in the two years he and Espinosa worked together on the design, he invested at least three thousand hours of his personal time in the design process, which was driven by several over-riding criteria."
